Booking/Payment
Reservations Required: Make reservations in advance for hitting/catching/fielding/pitching sessions.
Reservation System: Use our booking system to schedule your desired time slot.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods (cash, credit card, etc.)
Cancellation Policy: Notify staff of cancellations 48hrs in advance to avoid charges.
Late Arrival Policy: The lesson will start when the athlete arrives. If the athlete is late there will be no refund of the time missed in the scheduled session.

Facility Conduct
Appropriate Footwear/Proper Attire: Wear athletic footwear suitable for hitting in the cages / athletic clothing.
No Jewelry or Loose Items: Remove any jewelry or loose items that could cause injury.
Food and Beverage restrictions: No food or beverages allowed inside the hitting cages. Limit food and drinks to designated areas outside of the hitting cages.
Respectful Behavior: Maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards other users and staff.
No Distractions: Avoid unnecessary noise or distractions in the hitting area.
Proper Supervision: Minors must be accompanied by an adult when using the facility.

Safety/Equipment Usage
Batting Helmets Mandatory: All users must wear batting helmets at all times while in the hitting cages.
Proper Batting Stance: Batters must maintain a proper batting stance and swing mechanics to minimize injury risk.
Cage Door Closure: Cage doors must be closed while a batter is hitting.
No Tampering with Equipment: Do not tamper with or attempt to repair pitching machines or other equipment without staff assistance.
Net Inspection: Staff will regularly inspect the netting for any damage or wear.
Proper Bat Selection: Choose a bat appropriate for your skill level and size.
Bat Inspection: Inspect bats for damage before use and report any issues to staff.
Pitching Machine Operation: Only trained staff can operate the pitching machine.
Mandatory Helmet Use: All batters must wear a batting helmet at all times while in the cages.
Cage Entry/Exit: Only enter or exit the cage between pitches, never when a pitch is coming.
No Climbing: Do not climb on or lean against the cage netting.

Violation Consequences
Verbal Warning: First offense may result in a verbal warning.
Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations may lead to a temporary suspension from using the facility.
Banned: If behavior does not improve after the second warning (temporary suspension), you will be banned from the KC Athletics facility indefinitely.
