I the parent or legal guardian, hereby grant full permission to KC Athletics Softball Training Facility, its representatives, employees, and authorized agents to photograph, record, and use my child’s image, likeness, and/or voice in any format, including but not limited to photographs, video recordings, and digital media, taken during participation in the KC Athletics Catching Camp.

Scope of Use
I understand that these images and recordings may be used by KC Athletics for the following purposes, including but not limited to:
-Marketing, advertising, and promotional materials (both digital and print)
-Social media content, including Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
-Website content, training resources, and instructional materials
-Newsletters, press releases, and other public relations efforts
-Any lawful purpose that aligns with KC Athletics’ mission to promote its programs and services

Legal Release and Waiver
I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Compensation – I understand that my child and I will receive no financial compensation for the use of these images or recordings.

2. Rights to Media – I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product wherein my child’s likeness appears. KC Athletics retains full rights to the images and recordings and may edit, modify, or distribute them as needed.

3. Indemnification – I release, discharge, and hold harmless KC Athletics, its employees, agents, affiliates, and any third parties acting on its behalf from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of the images or recordings, including but not limited to claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or misappropriation of likeness.

4. Revocation – I understand that this consent is voluntary; however, once an image or recording has been published, it may not be possible to remove it from all platforms. Requests to withdraw consent must be submitted in writing to KC Athletics and will only apply to future uses of media.

Consent and Agreement
By signing below, I affirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver. I confirm that I am the legal parent or guardian of the minor named below and have the authority to grant this permission.
